Duke Royalty Says Nigel Birrell Replaces Robert King As Chairman

LONDON (Alliance News) - Duke Royalty Ltd on Monday said Robert King has resigned as non-executive chairman with immediate effect, after completing his interim period, and is being replaced by Non-Executive Director Nigel Birrell.

The royalty investment company added that it intends to seek additional equity financing in the short to medium term in order to fund royalty opportunities it has found which total GBP100 million.

Shares in Duke Royalty were untraded on Monday afternoon, last quoted at 36.54 pence.
