LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Pacific Investment Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Andrew Robson bought 4,000 shares at 222.75 pence Thursday.
Following this purchase Robson has an interest in 12,000 shares, or a less than 1.0% stake.
Shares in Witan Pacific Investment closed down 0.8% at 225.00 pence Thursday.
