Volex PLC - Basingstoke, England-based connectivity and power products maker - Executive Chair Nat Rothschild buys 500,000 shares via NR Holdings Ltd at average 165 pence, worth GBP825,000, on Tuesday. Now holds 38 million shares, just under 25% of the company.
