LONDON (Alliance News) - Victoria PLC said on Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Alexander Anton purchased GBP10,250 in stock on Tuesday.
Anton bought 2,500 shares at a price of 410 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Anton now holds 896,525 shares in total, reflecting a 0.7% stake in the company.
