(Alliance News) - Velocys PLC on Wednesday said Chair Phillip Holland purchased shares in the company on Tuesday.
Holland, who was appointed last Tuesday, bought 639,561 shares at a price of 1.63964 pence per share for a total amount of GBP10,486.
Shares in the sustainable fuels technology company were trading 8.5% higher at 1.60p per share on Wednesday morning in London.
