LONDON (Alliance News) - Interdealer broker TP ICAP PLC on Tuesday said Chairman Rupert Robson acquired shares in the FTSE 250-listed firm.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Robson bought 13,000 shares at a price of 286.6 pence each, worth GBP37,258.
Shares in TP ICAP were trading 0.6% lower on Tuesday at 290.60p each.
At the end of May, the company announced Robson intends to retire at the end of 2018.
