DIRECTOR DEALINGS: TI Fluid Systems Senior Executive Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - TI Fluid Systems PLC, a manufacturer of fluid storage systems, on Wednesday said Stefan Rau, executive vice president of its Fluid Carrying Systems division, sold GBP119,686 worth of shares in the company.

Rau on Monday sold 55,614 shares at GBP2.15 per share. His shareholding, if any, after the stake sale was not disclosed.

TI Fluid Systems shares closed at 211.50p each in London on Wednesday.
