LONDON (Alliance News) - Tavistock Investments PLC Thursday granted 50.0 million ordinary shares to two of its non-executive directors, Dominic Wheatley and Lord Astor, at 0.01 pence each.
The announcement follows Oliver Cooke, Tavistock's chaiman subscribing for 10 million ordinary shares at 0.05 pence per share, confirmed to shareholders in July.
