(Alliance News) - Superdry PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director & Chair Peter Williams and a person associated with him purchased roughly GBP110,000 worth of shares in the company.
Over two transactions on Monday, Williams and Gwendolen Knight bought 27,222 shares in the retail chain.
In the first transaction, Williams purchased 16,306 shares at about GBP4.06 each. In a second transaction, Knight bought 10,916 shares at about GBP4.05 each.
These transactions totalled GBP110,341. Williams and his associates' shareholding in the company following the transaction was not stated.
Superdry shares closed 1.5% higher at 406.00 pence each in London on Monday.
