LONDON (Alliance News) - Packaging firm DS Smith PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Rupert Soames on Thursday bought shares worth GBP100,000.
Soames purchased 28,800 DS Smith shares at a price of 348 pence each, for GBP100,224. Shares were 3.0% lower Friday at 338.70p.
Soames is chief executive of outsourcer Serco Group PLC and formerly headed up power generator rental firm Aggreko PLC.
