DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Rolls-Royce Chair And Non-Exec Directors Buy Shares

(Alliance News) - Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC said Chair Ian Davis and Non-Executive Directors Ruth Cairnie and Lee Hsien Yang bought shares in the FSTE 100-listed company Monday.

Davis bought 276 shares at a price of 716 pence each per share for a total amount of GBP1,976.

Cairnie purchased 271 shares at the same price for a total amount of GBP1,940.

Yang bought 137 shares at the same price, totalling GBP981.

Shares in the engineering company closed up 1.0% at 725.00p on Monday in London.
