(Alliance News) - Premier Miton Group PLC said Tuesday that Senior Independent Director Robert Colthorpe acquired 10,000 shares in the asset manager at 156 pence each.
Colthorpe's holding after Monday's GBP15,600 transaction was not reported.
Shares in Premier Miton closed 0.7% lower in London on Tuesday at 153.00 pence each.
