Future PLC - Bath, England-based magazine publisher - Chief Executive Officer Jon Steinberg buys 90,617 shares at GBP8.86, worth GBP802,948, on Thursday. The former chief operating officer of BuzzFeed Inc became CEO of Future at the start of April, replacing long-serving Zillah Byng-Thorne.

Tyman PLC - London-based door and window components supplier - Non-Executive Director Paul Withers buys 25,000 shares at GBP2.59, worth GBP64,750, on Friday.

Conduit Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based reinsurance - CEO Trevor Carvey buys 12,000 shares at average GBP5.03, worth GBP60,360, on Thursday. Now has 377,709 shares.
