LONDON (Alliance News) - Netcall PLC on Tuesday said that Chief Executive Officer Henrik Bang and Finance Director James Ormondroyd acquired 100,000 shares each in the company.
On Tuesday, both directors bought the shares at 32.9 pence each for a total of 32,900 each.
Following the purchases, Bang and Ormondroyd have interests in 4.8 million shares and and 1.7 million shares respectively, representing 3.4% and 1.2% of the total voting rights of the company.
Netcall shares closed down 1.8% at 29.66 pence each.
