Director dealings: Metro Bank CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Metro Bank revealed on Thursday that chief executive Daniel Frumkin had acquired 1.85m ordinary shares in the London-listed bank.
Frumkin, who took over as CEO back in January, purchased the shares across two separate transactions - snapping up 1.5m shares at an average price of 59.31p and a further 350,000 at 59.72p each.

In total, Metro's CEO spent a total of £1.09m on the shares.

Back in October, Metro Bank said total deposits were flat in the third quarter, while its net loan book continued to grow throughout the period

As of 1630 GMT, Metro shares were up 8.24% at 63.02p.
