DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Lloyds Senior Executives Sell GBP640,000 In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Lloyds Banking Group PLC on Friday said several directors disposed shares in the FTSE 100-listed bank in separate transactions.

On Tuesday, Chief Risk Officer Stephen Shelley sold 112,055 shares at a price of 61.55 pence each and 358,269 shares at 61.56p a share, worth a total of GBP289,520.

On Wednesday, Chief Executive Antonio Horta-Osorio disposed 300,000 shares at 61.73p each, worth GBP185,190, while People & Productivity Director Jen Tippin sold 272,953 shares at 61.65p each, totalling GBP168,286.

Lloyds shares closed marginally lower on Friday at 61.93p each.
