Kooth PLC - London-based digital mental health platform - Non-Executive Director Simon Philips sells 3.0 million shares via ScaleUp Capital at 350 pence, worth GBP10.5 million, on Tuesday. ScaleUp now has 13.6 million shares, a 41% stake. Kooth says the disposal was in response to market demand, and ScaleUp has agreed to not sell any more shares until September 2.

Attraqt Group PLC - London-based software for online shopping - Chief Executive Officer Mark Adams buys 263,084 shares at GBP0.38, worth GBP99,972, on Wednesday. The purchase is his only holding, having become CEO in June last year.

1Spatial PLC - Cambridge-based location data software provider - CEO Claire Milverton buys 40,906 shares and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Fabian buys 50,000 shares, both at 44p and together worth GBP39,999, on Wednesday. Milverton now has 547,207 shares, a 0.5% stake, and Fabian 250,000.
