LONDON (Alliance News) - Jersey Oil & Gas PLC said that Chair Marcus Stanton has purchased shares in the company for GBP17,320 in total on Thursday.
Stanton bought 10,000 shares for 173.20 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Stanton now holds 49,192 shares overall, reflecting a 0.2% stake in the company.
Shares in the oil & gas company were down 1.4% at 172.50 pence on Thursday.
