AB Dynamics PLC - Bradford On Avon, Wiltshire-based testing systems and measurement products for automotive market - Special Advisor Tony Best sells 45,700 shares at an average price of 1,094.5 pence each, on Thursday. A close associate of Best also sells 45,700 shares at an average price of 1,094.5 pence each on Wednesday. The combined amount of both transactions totals GBP1.0 million. Best and close associates retain a holding of 5.8 million shares, or around 26% of the company.
