(Alliance News) -Paper products manufacturer James Cropper PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Phil Wild and Chair Mark Cropper bought shares in the company.
Wild purchased 6,000 ordinary shares, his entire shareholding, in the company on Tuesday at 1,050 pence each.
Cropper purchased 39,000 shares at the same price on the same day. Cropper subsequently on Wednesday acquired further 1,400 shares from a member of the Cropper family, at 1,050p per share.
The company said Chair Cropper following the purchases beneficially owns 19.1% stake, or 1.8 million shares.
Shares in James Cropper were up 6.2% at 1,110.00p on Wednesday afternoon.
