Rathbone Brothers PLC - London-based wealth manager - Chair-designate Clive Bannister buys 15,300 shares at GBP16.40, worth GBP250,000, on Wednesday. The former Phoenix Group Holdings PLC chief executive officer will take the chair at the 2021 annual general meeting. Rathbone said last week that Mark Nicholls had decided to retire immediately, rather than wait for the AGM, due to "unforeseen personal circumstances". Senior Independent Director Jim Pettigrew stepped in as interim chair until then.
