(Alliance News) - Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd on Tuesday said four directors purchased C shares in the company.
On Tuesday, Paul Burger, Simon Holden and Andrew Wilkinson purchased 10,000 shares at 100.00 pence each, GBP10,000 altogether. They held no C shares prior to the purchases.
Andrew Sutch, another director, purchased 20,000 C shares, at the same stock price, GBP20,000 altogether. He similarly held no C shares prior to Tuesday's transaction.
The C shares closed at 101.50p each in London on Tuesday.
