DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GlaxoSmithKline Manager Sells Shares After Exercising Options

LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Monday said President, Vaccines, Christophe Weber sold thousands of shares after exercising options on Friday.

Weber sold 26,800 shares at a price of GBP16.09 each, after exercising those options at a price of GBP14.68 each.

He exercised options over 26,800 shares at a price of GBP14.88 and sold them at a price of GBP16.09.

He made a further sale of 36,760 shares at a price of GBP16.09 each, after exercising options them at a price of GBP11.77.

Weber also sold another batch of 36,760 shares at a price of GBP16.08 after the option price was recorded at GBP12.035.

Finally, he sold 9,065 shares, without having exercised options, at a price of GBP16.0962.

Glaxo shares Monday closed at 1,618.68 pence, up 0.2%.
