(Alliance News) - Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Simon Hayes bought GBP133,650 worth of shares in a transaction on Monday.
Hayes purchased 15,000 shares at a price of 891.00 pence each.
Shares in the investment trust were down 0.2% at 888.34p each on Monday afternoon in London.
