(Alliance News) - Energean Oil & Gas PLC on Monday said OilCo Investments Ltd, a firm closely associated with Director Efstathios Topouzoglou, sold shares in the exploration and production company in a transaction on Thursday.
OilCo disposed of 1.3 million shares at a price of GBP9.50 each, totalling GBP12 million.
Energean did not disclose how many shares, if any, Topouzoglou holds following the transaction.
The stock closed 0.1% lower on Monday in London at 980.00 pence a share.
