DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Condor Non-Executive Jim Mellon Buys 495,000 Shares

(Alliance News) - Condor Gold PLC said on Monday that Non-Executive Director Jim Mellon purchased 495,000 shares across two transactions last week.

On Wednesday, Mellon bought 445,000 shares at 23.00 pence each, GBP102,350 altogether.

On Thursday, he purchased 50,000 shares at 22.90p each, a total of GBP11,450.

The total of both transactions was GBP113,800 and it was not stated how many shares Mellon had, if any, prior to last week's purchases.

Shares in Condor Gold were up 9.4% at 24.62p each in London on Monday morning.
