Cake Box Holdings PLC - Enfield-based eggless cake retailer - Chief Executive Officer Sukh Chamdal sells 3.8 million shares at 170 pence, worth GBP6.4 million, while Chief Financial Officer Pardip Dass buys 225,000 shares at the same price, both on Wednesday. Chamdal's intended share sale was announced after the market close on Tuesday and was conducted via a bookbuild run by Shore Capital. The company said the sale was in response to strong demand from investors and to increase liquidity. Chamdal retains 12.8 million shares, a 32% stake.
