LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Trevor Brown bought 50,000 shares at a price of 12.50 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Brown holds 5.4 million shares, which represents a 20.12% stake in the company.
The stock was trading flat at 12.50 pence per share Tuesday morning.
