LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC said that a number of directors and senior executives acquired shares in the company on Tuesday.
The global oil and gas company said its Chief Financial Officer Brian Gilvery and Refining and Marketing Chief Executive Iain Conn purchased 70 shares each at a price of 444.10 pence as part of the company's ShareMatch UK Plan.
The company also said the Group General Counsel Rupert Bondy and Executive Vice President Dev Sanyal bought 70 shares each, while Chief Operating Officer Bernard Looney purchased 73 shares. All three purchased shares at the same price of 444.10p.
BP shares were down 0.95 pence to 443.15 Tuesday.
