DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Barclays Legal Chief Sells 35,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Barclays PLC Thursday said General Counsel Bob Hoyt sold 35,000 shares at a price of GBP2.735615 per share Wednesday.

The deal is worth around GBP96,000 gross. His total shareholding was undisclosed.

Shares in the bank were trading up 2.1% at 276.75 pence Thursday.
