(Alliance News) - Avon Rubber PLC said Non-Executive Director Chloe Ponsonby acquired shares in the respiratory protection equipment firm in a transaction on Thursday.
Ponsonby bought 1,150 shares at a price of 1,706 pence each, totalling GBP19,619.
Avon shares ended 1.0% higher in London on Thursday afternoon at 1,698.00p each.
