DeepMatter Group Financial Director And Non-Executives To Step Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - DeepMatter Group PLC on Friday said that Financial Director Michael Bretherton will step down from his role on June 28.

Bretherton will be replaced by Lauren Lees, currently financial controller of the firm.

Furthermore, Non-Executive Director David Cleevely will step down from the board with immediate effect to become chair of DeepMatter's Advisory Committee.

Non-Executive Director Lee Cronin will also step down from the board and join the Advisory Committee, with immediate effect.

DeepMatter shares were trading up 2.8% at 2.98 pence each on Friday.
