Cronin Gets Approval For DeepMatter Name Change From Thursday
LONDON (Alliance News) - Cronin Group PLC said Wednesday shareholders had voted in favour of its name change to DeepMatter Group PLC from Thursday.
The chemical development digitisation firm said all its resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting on Wednesday. Included in this was the proposal to change its name.
The name change will take effect from 0800 BST on Thursday.
Shares in Cronin were untraded at 3.10 pence on Wednesday.
