LONDON (Alliance News) - Personal monitoring devices firm CloudTag Inc on Thursday said it has issued shares under a loan note conversion by L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund.
CloudTag said it has issued 2.2 million shares at 4.50 pence per share to cover the GBP100,000 conversion by L1.
This means all of the notes held by L1 have now been converted into CloudTag shares.
Shares in CloudTag were up 13% to 6.50 pence on Thursday.
