Clinigen Group issues 38k option shares

(ShareCast News) - Clinigen Group announced on Friday that it has made an application for the admission to trading on AIM of 38,308 ordinary shares of 0.1p each.The firm said the shares have been issued to satisfy the exercise of share options, and rank pari passu with the existing shares of the group.Admission to trading on AIM of the is anticipated to occur on 25 July 2016."At admission the issued share capital of the group will consist of 114,705,492 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury," Clinigen's board confirmed."The total number of voting rights in the group will therefore be 114,705,492."
