(Alliance News) - Chenavari Toro Income Fund said Thursday that EUR9.1 million in shares were validly tendered under a tender offer.
The fund said that 10.6 million shares were validly tendered at a price of EUR0.8519. Collectively the shares tendered represents 3.4% of the shares in issue.
All shares purchased under the offer will be held as treasury shares.
Shares in Chenavari Toro Income Fund closed 1.2% higher at EUR0.81 on Thursday in London.
