CentralNic launches partnerships with Booking.com, Klarna and Shopify

Mon, 07th Aug 2023 08:48

(Alliance News) - CentralNic Group PLC on Monday said it has secured a "significant" deal with online travel agency Booking.com, as well as other partnerships with platforms such as Klarna and Sovrn.

The London-based internet services holding company that develops and manages online marketplaces said its commercial offering, Zeropark, will help boost Amsterdam-based Booking.com's holiday bookings through targeted ad campaigns.

CentralNic also announced on Monday Zeropark's promotion to tier 1 demand partner for the Colorado-based publisher technology platform, Sovrn Inc. Under this contract, Zeropark will have access to Sovrn's premium placements, CentralNice said.

CentralNic added that the Stockholm-based buy now, pay later platform, Klarna Bank AB, has become a direct publisher on Zeropark's network.

The company also said its ad tracker Voluum launched a new integration with e-commerce platform Shopify Inc to increase its ad, product and page performance.

Chief Executive Officer Michael Riedl said: "These recent strategic alliances are not just partnerships, they are a testament to CentralNic's unwavering commitment to innovation and collaboration. They seamlessly align with CentralNic's strategic objective to work hand-in-hand with industry leaders across all sectors we engage in. These partnerships not only further enhance the value proposition of Zeropark and Voluum for our advertisers and publishers; they also underscore our dedication to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our business partners.

Shares in CentralNic were up 0.4% at 130.54 pence each in London on Monday morning.
