(Alliance News) - Marketing software services firm Access Intelligence on Monday said Cello Health PLC has built an 11% stake in the company.
The healthcare-focused advisory firm's holding in Access Intelligence prior to Monday's transaction was not stated.
On Wednesday, Cello Health said it sold its social media analytics software business Pulsar to Access Intelligence PLC for GBP4.5 million in shares.
As part of the terms of the deal, Access Intelligence will issue to Cello 8.7 million shares plus a nominal payment.
Shares in Access Intelligence were untraded in London on Monday afternoon, last quoted at 53.00 pence each and Cello Health's stock was trading 1.2% higher at 128.00p each.
