Access Intelligence regains multiple contracts from "key" competitors

Wed, 18th Oct 2023 11:37

(Alliance News) - Access Intelligence PLC on Wednesday announced it has regained multiple "significant" contracts from "key" unnamed competitors in Australia and New Zealand.

The London-based software-as-a-service products provider said the moves follow previous comments that it was making good progress in the Asia-Pacific region during its financial year ending November 30.

This was via combining its subsidiary Isentia's "established media monitoring and insights services in the region" alongside the wider group's audience intelligence offering.

Since the start of June, Access Intelligence said it has won back a number of contracts previously lost by Isentia, worth in excess of AUD3 million, or GBP1.6 million, in annual recurring revenue across multi-year contracts ranging between three and five years.

Access Intelligence said the customer win backs have come from a range of customers including larger government agencies in Australia and are in addition to the client win backs achieved in the first half as announced in June.

"We are delighted by the continued progress being made in the region. These win backs illustrate the prowess of our combined proposition in Australia and New Zealand. I'm pleased to see this division growing strongly and I'd like to thank the team for the hard work they've put into this notable turnaround," said Non-Executive Chair Christopher Satterthwaite.

"The recent release of the group's fully integrated next generation platform provides us with a clear market differentiation in this region and provides the board with confidence in continuing the progress being made in delivering both new customers and further customer win backs."

Shares in Access Intelligence were up 3.5% to 59.00 pence each in London on Wednesday late morning.
