(Alliance News) - Carador Income Fund PLC said Thursday it will return USD14 million via redemption of 25.5 million USD shares and USD1.4 million via redemption of 3.0 million pool shares.
The company said it will return USD1.4 million by way of a compulsory partial redemption of up to 3.0 million repurchase pool shares, the twelfth redemption, on January 31.
Approximately 45.0558% of the existing repurchase pool shares will be redeemed, the company noted.
The redemption will be effected at USD0.4528 per repurchase pool share, being the net asset value per repurchase pool share as at December 31, 2019.
On this basis, a holder of 10,000 repurchase pool shares will have 4,505 repurchase pool shares redeemed, and receive USD2,039 in cash, the company said.
In a separate statement, the company said it will return around USD14 million by way of a compulsory partial redemption of up to 25.5 million USD shares, the seventh redemption, on January 31, 2020, resulting in the redemption of 62.8455% of the existing USD shares.
The seventh redemption will be effected at USD0.5486 per USD share, being the net asset value per USD share as at December 31.
On this basis, a holder of 10,000 USD shares will have 6,284 USD shares redeemed, and receive USS3,447 in cash.
Carador Income shares closed 4.9% higher in London at 0.41 pence each on Thursday.
