BUZZ-Liberum tips oil explorers and producers for rally

** Oil explorers set to benefit from 'No' vote after weakSeptember, according to analysts at Liberum.

** "The Scottish 'No' vote should address market concernsover the future of the North Sea fiscal regime and many E&Psshould bounce today," the firm said in a note.

** EnQuest, down 8 pct since start of September, isthe "obvious beneficiary", it read.

** Ithaca down 5 pct MTD, Cairn and PremierOil also tipped for rises.

** Wood Group and Hunting also caught up innegative fears about North Sea activity levels but UK is arelatively small contributor to their unhelpful environment andso less likely to rally, Liberum adds.
