Beeks Financial CFO To Step Down, Financial Controller To Replace

LONDON (Alliance News) - Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC said on Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Simon Goulding is to retire from his role at the company's next annual general meeting, which is on October 24.

At that time, Financial Controller Fraser McDonald will be appointed to the role of CFO.

Beeks Financial Cloud Chairman Mark Cubitt commented: "Fraser contributed greatly to the success of the company's IPO last year, and we have been delighted with his contribution to the business since Beeks joined AIM. We are very pleased to welcome him to the board of the company. We would like to thank Simon for his leadership of the finance team over the last few years and we are benefiting from the robust structures he has put in place."

Shares in Beeks were down 1.4% at 116.50 pence on Thursday.
