Aveva acquires FabTrol

Engineering design and information group Aveva has completed the acquisition of software business FabTrol from the Dowco Group of Companies.Headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, FabTrol has operations in North America and the United Kingdom, providing fabrication management software to the steel fabrication industry.The FTSE 250 group did not provide any financial details on the transaction.Aveva shares were up 0.16% to 1,924.00p at 14:59 on Monday.
