(Alliance News) -Â Arricano Real Estate PLC on Tuesday said it has agreed an interest rate reduction on a loan agreement with Tascombank JSC.
The interest rate has been reduced to 9.75% per year from 10.75% previously on the USD12.0 million loan agreement, which is repayable in June 2024.
Shares in Arricano were untraded at 0.30 pence in London on Tuesday.
