AIM WINNERS & LOSERS: MySale returns more Frasers-driven gains

Fri, 22nd Jul 2022 11:01

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Friday.

----------

AIM - WINNERS

----------

eve Sleep PLC, up 18% at 0.94 pence, 12-month range 0.52p-4.30p. Shares in the mattress retailer recover from a 14% share price slide on Thursday, when it reported a 17% year-on-year interim revenue slide.

----------

AIM - LOSERS

----------

Quiz PLC, down 7.6% at 10.28p, 12-month range 0.085p-10.82p. Shares in the Glasgow-based fashion brand following another poor UK retail sales reading. According to the Office for National Statistics, UK retail sales volumes fell 5.8% annually in June, worsening from a 4.7% decline in May. The figure was worse than the FXStreet-cited market consensus of a smaller 5.3% fall.

----------

MySale Group PLC, down 11% at 2.49p, 12-month range 0.010p-2.73p. Shares in the Australian-based fashion marketplace slide again but remain firmly ahead of where they sat on June 29, the trading day before Sports Direct owner Frasers Group PLC said it acquired a 28.7% holding. Shares grew more than three-fold between June 30 and July 4, though the stock has given back 39% since then.

----------

Mirriad Advertising PLC, down 42% at 8.50p, 12-month range 7.60p-45.00p. The in-content advertising technology firm says it expects revenue in 2022 to be "flat year-on-year" at roughly GBP2 million due to weaker market conditions in China. First half revenue roughly halves to GBP577,000 from GBP1.1 million.

----------

Unbound Group PLC, down 43% at 12.65p, 12-month range 12.10p-624.00p. The London-based footwear company, formerly known as Electra Private Equity, closes an accelerated bookbuild for a GBP3.3 million fundraise. On Thursday, it proposed a placing of 20.8 million new shares at 15p each, as well as a subscription for 1.2 million shares at the same price.
