Aggregated Micro Power completes one acquisition, progresses another

(ShareCast News) - Wood fuels and distributed energy projects company Aggregated Micro Power Holdings announced on Monday that, further to its previous announcement on 4 August 2016, it has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Midlands Wood Fuel Limited.The AIM-traded firm added that the completion of the acquisition of the wood fuels customer base of Mi-Generation Limited is also expected to occur shortly, on conclusion of the process of novating customer contracts from Mi-Generation to AMP."A further announcement will be made in due course," AMP's board said in the statement.
