(Alliance News) - AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC said on that it has declared a quarterly dividend that ensures it meets its annual target.
The quarterly dividend of 1.375 pence per share will be paid on August 30 and it will ensure that the real estate investment trust pays an aggregate dividend of 5.5p for the year.
In the year-to-date, the company paid two dividends, one of 2.75p per share and another of 1.375p per share.
Shares in AEW were up 4.2% at 75.00p each in London on Thursday afternoon.
