IN BRIEF: W Resources converts GBP100,000 of bonds in shares and cash

W Resources PLC - tungsten, tin and gold miner in Spain and Portugal - Receives a conversion notice from Atlas Capital Markets for GBP100,000 of convertible bonds, which is a part of the GBP4 million facility.

As the conversion price was below the nominal value of a W Resources share, the company has agreed with Atlas that it issue 100.0 million shares and will pay GBP20,200 to Atlas as compensation for Atlas being unable to convert at price lower than the nominal value of a share.

Current stock price: 0.15 pence, up 4.8% on Monday

Year-to-date change: up 22%
