(Alliance News) - Housing market comparison software provider ULS Technology PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Oliver Scott as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Oliver Scott is currently a partner of investment management firm Kestrel Partners LLP. He is also a director at Kestrel Technology Holdings Ltd and at Theale-based software firm Idox PLC.
"We are delighted to welcome Oliver to the board and look forward to working with him as we focus on organic growth and accelerating our investment into DigitalMove," said ULS Chair Geoff Wicks.
DigitalMove is a customer-focussed online platform that enables purchase conveyancing cases to be completed in a secure and paperless environment. As at the beginning of December 2019, ULS had invested GBP1.0 million into the platform.
Shares in ULS Technology were down 6.4% at 62.74 pence each at midday in London.
