The NAV total return performance for the year to June 30 was 3.0%, 2.7% ahead of the benchmark and 0.1% ahead of the AIC sector average for the same period. For most of the company's financial year, the discount to NAV maintained a range between 10% and 15%. March proved very volatile with the discount narrowing to 7.6% before widening dramatically to 23%, reflecting market conditions as Covid-19 took hold in Europe and the US. The company swings to profit of GBP13,525 from GBP42,795 loss a year prior, despite net revenue falling to GBP6.0 million from GBP12.1 million.
